Soccer 2010 has been started in South Africa and FIFA has publicly declared the name of host city for 2014 World Cup as Brazil as FIFA is all set to host the game between the months of June and July in the South American country.

Brazilian soccer team is regarded as the most victorious team in the soccer world cup history as they possess five championships in the year 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994, and 2002. With their unparalleled performance they have won the Copa America tournament in the years i.e. 1919, 1922, 1949, 1989, 1997, 1999, 2004, 2007. They have also won the Confederation Cup in the year 1997, 2005.
Name of the cities have been chosen which will host FIFA World Cup 2014 they are Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Natal, Cuiaba, Brasilia, Fortaleza, Salvador, Manaos, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Recife and Sao Paulo. Initially it was stated that 10 cities will host this grand event but with a strong compel by the Brazilian government and the Brazilian Confederation of Soccer, FIFA granted the extension of two cities.
The speculations are on that the World Cup final will take place at the Maracana stadium in Rio, while Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte are combating to host the opening ceremony and opening match.
