The South Dakota Discovery Centre and Aquarium is the biggest attraction of South Dakota located in Pierre. It is a great place to spend a vacation, or a weekend with a family.
The Discovery Centre is a place which has more than 60 hands-on exhibits which primarily exhibits on magnetism, electricity, telecommunication, and the life Sciences. The emphasis is given on hand -on learning which helps students a lot, it means one can see touch and learn about the product. After seeing the exhibits one can enjoy the body bubble where in the displays of wild animals are shown. The kids are also asked to take part in activities specially organised for them .The discovery centre has an aquarium which exhibits fish species which are native to Missouri River this centre is a fun filled place which provides kids an opportunity to learn.
There are scholarships practiced yearly for kids, where kids can take part and be a part of activities being offered and the centre also host summer camps for kids. It's the best place to learn with fun for kids.
